So what's so special about Dans Le Nior?
It does not have a Michelin star, the ratings are much to be desired, and it really isn't that cheap.
The thing about Dans Le Noir is its concept. Dans Le Noir has an interesting concept whereby diners with be dining in pitch black conditions. This means that you would not be able to see your food and that will leave only your sense of taste and smell to judge the food.
To make things more interesting, diners will not be aware of what is being served. They have 4 menus to choose from; white (chef's surprise), blue (seafood), green (vege), and red (meat) and can choose either 2 or 3 courses. The ultimate palate test.
So although the ratings are much to be desired, I look forward to the Dans Le Noir experience!
